Kin Sze is a registered massage therapist RMT and a Fascial Stretch Therapist FST Level 2

Massage therapy (myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point) and Fascial Stretching:

Kin Sze provides fascial stretching, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage. In most massage therapy sessions, Kin incorporates fascial stretching in the treatments.

He is also able to provide decompression cupping therapy.

During each treatment, Kin aims to eliminate clients’ pain, facilitate quality of life, and improve QOL.

Fascial stretch therapy is a table-assisted passive stretch therapy.

The stretch therapy is gentle and targets the deepest layer of tissues. The stretches unlock restrictions in the fascia which will then relax the nervous system, create space or decompress tight joints.

Great care is taken to ensure minimum pain so that the stretch does not trigger an automatic muscle-guarding response due to the pain.

The overall outcome is reduced pain, better mobility and flexibility, minimized injury risks, and lower stress levels.

Relieve/Reduce pain and aches for better QoL:

He has experience in helping you with issues of tension or tightness related to the back, neck, and shoulders. He has also helped clients with overuse injuries i.e., (tennis elbow, golfers’ elbow, frozen shoulders, piriformis syndrome), tension headaches, and relief of sciatica/herniated disk symptoms.

Identify causes of issues and empowerment:

As a former engineer, and currently a kung fu/martial arts coach and personal trainer, he has the problem-solving skills to help you identify causes of the pain and a keen eye for posture and movement gait issues. Upon determining the root cause, clients are empowered to help improve their quality of life.

>Deep tissue to release tension and relax > - As an RMT with decades of kung fu training experience, he can transfer the skills in leveraging his body to apply and control the pressure appropriately, so he can access the deeper layer tissues to help release them.
